Kuro of 1ooo plans, captian of the kuronencko pirates. He faked his death by having Jango the hypnotist make marine morgan think he caught kuro but instead morgan brought a crew member that looked similar to kuro, then he played a butler to a young girl kaya and 3 years later unleashed his plan to kill her to get her fortune and live in peace on the island, after a "unfamilur" crew attacks, and jango makes kaya write her will, then he would kill her, but one thing he didnt expect was for Luffy, Zoro, and Nami to join forces with Usopp the liar to foil his plans during episodes 9-16 or 17.
