This is jyuushiro ukitake, the cutest guy on bleach. His hair turned white because of his illnes, which in ep 228 he faints due to exaustion,FROM HIS ILLNESS. Other wise he is sweet, wise, kind, and he is one of the only four people who have been in the soul society for more than 200 years, besides is master, the head captian, his friend shunswi, and his other friend onohana, all of which are captians. His squad deals with comunications to other soul reapers, he has no vice-captian but two third seats. He holds a zampaktou with two blades "reason for the twin tailed fish" (i think)
HE IS HOOTT, and too cute. His release is " waves become my shield, Lighting become my blade" then he calls his zampaktou.
